perfect location, vibrant street atmosphere, clean interiors

The odd bathroom design with high stairs was downright inconvenient. Privacy near the front desk was lacking too!!!

We had a very comfortable stay and recommend it to all.

The location was amazing, close to entrance to the door of park suites, great restaurants and Park Street. In the evening we went to Russel Dhaba, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The warm water took way too long in the shower, but the room was super nice.

The idea to include a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge in the suite was nice. The location was particularly good and fantastic, because an underground station was based very close to the hotel...

Climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave in the room and the comfy bed. Location close to shopping areas, metro, bus & cabs, and great restaurants and shopping.

Greatly enjoyed our rooms with views. There were a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge in the room too. The location was awesome and super for traveling around Kolkata, very close to park suites and great restaurants.

This place gets 5 stars for its superb location! the spacious guest rooms are part of a heritage building with comfortable furniture and all necessary amenities. the service is exceptional, with helpful staff like Biplab and Gopi. I enjoyed the food from Mocambo Restaurant and the proximity to iconic landmarks like Victoria Memorial and Park Street enhanced our family bonding.

The staff at Park Suites made my stay lovely with their warmth and care.

The location was spot on, right near all the excitement. The breakfast was delivered to our room, and it was plentiful. Rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Special props to the staff for making our time enjoyable. They were helpful and attentive.

I noticed the warm water in the shower took a bit too long to heat up, a little inconvenient.

the bathroom had old-style stairs, which felt kinda sketchy. but the location is prime , right in park street. staff were super friendly , helping us with everything. breakfast was delicious, delivered right to the room.

the spacious flat was not only stylish but also came with modern amenities, allowing me to unwind comfortably. the hospitality from the staff, especially Mr Bimal Kumar and team, made my overnight stay truly enjoyable.

The only minor drawback was the hotel entrance, which could be a bit tricky to navigate. Cabs can only drop you off on the side road, leading to a slightly inconvenient walk to the entrance.

The location offers easy access to the vibrant area, with a bookstore just across the street. Spacious rooms provide a comfortable escape, although the building's age and condition raise concerns about safety, especially for solo travelers. Despite high prices, the homemade biscuits at breakfast were a good touch, and the staff proved to be friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
